We want you to enjoy shopping online with us as much as you do in store, and to know that we are always on hand to answer any queries or offer sizing advice by phone or email.
But we understand that sometimes it just doesn't work out.
Should you purchase an item from us and wish to return it, we are happy to offer you a full refund within 14 days of receipt of your order (excluding delivery charge €6, where applicable).
Please be aware that returns will only be processed within 14 days, no exceptions. After this time your goods will be returned to you.
All items that are returned to us MUST be in original condition, i.e. unworn, unwashed and with all original tags still attached. Please note, goods should not be returned with odours such as perfume or smoke.
Items are your responsibility until we receive them, so please return by registered post/ delivery service. Goods can also be dropped into the shop during opening hours.
Refunds will be processed within 24hours of receipt, but please be aware it may take a few days for your bank to process the payment.
If your garment is faulty please contact us within 24 hours of receipt by email at email@example.com and we will be in touch with you as soon as we can.
Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights, in accordance with the regulations for distance selling.
Purchases made in store are subject to a separate returns policy which is available in-store or on request.
